You pass a BP  grarage on your right, followed shortly by a  hotel on the right

We are 50 yards past the hotel on the left -Sign 'Wellinghill House -Farm -View'

Go about 200 yards down the drive and turn right passed the Arena - You will then see parking on your left just before the main stable yard.
