As a Managed DIY Livery you will have access to:

General Facilities

•  A good size stable with lockable storage area and tack room area.  

• Access to two floodlit all weather outdoor riding arenas.
• Wash down area
• Coffee making and toilet facilities 
• A central noticeboard for communication and a closed facebook group for communication, organising social events / ride outs etc. 
• Parking for trailers and lorries (additional cost)

• Assisted Livery Services available delivered by our skilled staff, prices available on request. 

Grazing:

• Grazing land is divided into paddocks that take one to three horses.
• We manage our pastures carefully to ensure that at any one time about half the available fields are resting and all pasture is maintained in good condition.
• We manage turnout and this means in the winter we can request you stable your horse overnight when conditions may be particularly wet / muddy. 
• We plan our fields carefully to try and suit each horse and livery owner. 
• Wellinghill Farm Livery Services maintain all fields on the farm through harrowing, muck heap removal and external fencing requirements. Strip grazing can be used within fields to suit individual horses needs. 

Bedding and Feed:

• The farm provides haymaking services
• All hay and bedding must be bought through Wellinghill Farm Services. We supply a full range of different types of hay, haylage and bedding. Orders are made by livery users on a weekly basis and deliveries made to stables  each Monday. 
• Hard feeds are provided by Delahooke Feed Services who can deliver weekly.

​Rides around the Farm: 

• Apart from the many rides available to Cleeve hill and Leckhampton Hill there is also about 10 acres of riding around the Farm going through woods and a variety of flat and hilly areas. ​
